Art was eager, prompt and professional. He came immediately when my furnace was out, went straight to work and rebuilt my furnace rather than just trying to sell me a new one. Very much appreciated. Art come out and saved the day on many occasions. He Saved our hotel lots of money. We had a crook come out a quote us $1600 for a condenser and art fixed it for $250. I will always use him for all my heating and cooling needs. Thanks art!

Arthur was able to get me scheduled quickly and was very cost effective. He fixed a leak on my old R-22 system and refilled with a newer refrigerant to fix my problems. Having him fix my older system saved me thousands on a new replacement.

Thank You Steven, for the Review. Your Unit may be 20 years old. For a Residential Unit, that really isn't that old. The Equipment is in really good shape. (Maintained Well) The fact that is still had the old R22 Refrigerant is the only drawback. With the New Type Refrigerant, you may have another 20 years to go...... Unless you feel like an Upgrade. (?) Thank You Again. Arthur
