Ty was great!! He responded right away and set up an appointment to assemble and install our gazebo into the concrete for the very next day! He was extremely punctual, nice and did an excellent job. It took about 5 hours. He did this after a full day of work elsewhere and stayed at our house till dark! A very hard and thorough worker! The gazebo looks great!
