- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?We strive to provide a high-quality service at a very fair price to our customers. We can tailor solutions to match different budgets & needs. 
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?Our typical process for working with a new customer is to come for a free on-site consultation, provide the customer feedback on what we find, and make recommendations on how to improve their home. From there we schedule the installation where most jobs are completed in a day. 
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?We have multiple staff members that have building science certifications, our owner has a residential builders license, and our staff has close to 75 years combined experience in insulation.
