Jacob, the sales associate that I originally met was polite, sincere and explained things quite well.The installation team was on time, very respectful, clean, explained everything they were doing in detail and took pictures during each stage of work.I am very impressed and happy with the work they did. What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Our typical process for working with a new customer is to come for a free on-site consultation, provide the customer feedback on what we find, and make recommendations on how to improve their home. From there we schedule the installation where most jobs are completed in a day.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We have multiple staff members that have building science certifications, our owner has a residential builders license, and our staff has close to 75 years combined experience in insulation.
