James was very responsive and willing to complete a special project that involved picking-up furniture at a local store and delivering it to my home. James and his associate were very careful with doors and walls.

After reading Sally's review, I contacted James and Shuan Moving Company since I also had only one item (treadmill) that needed moving from the garage to the basement. James and Shuan were quick to respond and quick to offer their availability. On such short notice, I am so grateful to them for being able to move the equipment on the same day I contacted them! When they arrived, they put their masks on before even getting out of their vehicle. Speaking as a senior citizen, their attention to COVID helped put me at ease immediately. When they arrived at the door, they greeted me and my translator in a professional and friendly manner. James and Shuan were able to move the treadmill in less than five minutes! Not only were they efficient, but they were also incredibly careful with the heavy, bulky treadmill. I am so pleased with this company and cannot thank James and Shuan for their amazing customer service! Do not hesitate to call James and Shuan for any of your moving needs! You would be making a big mistake if you overlooked this top-notch moving company. Thank you, James and Shuan Moving Company.

We hired James and Shuan to move the base of our NordicTrack treadmill out of our basement onto our the back patio. The team arrived on time for the job. In less than 15 minutes, they quickly and efficiently relocated the equipment. Thank you for your help today. While Thumbtack will only all to select three items to rate their work, we give them all 5!
