I came home and my wife complained about a gas smell. We called the gas company, they found three leaks and shut off the gas until the pipes could be repaired. I opened thumbtack and found Dave from Pass Go Homes. He responded in about the first 15 minutes. He was able to come out on a Sunday at 5pm. He pressured tested the lines and found four leaks total and repaired each of them and even added two shut off valves. By about 8:30pm he was done. Excellent work, good communication, reasonable prices. I will highly recommend him.

Dave was the right person for the job. He installed a gas line and a gas cooktop for us. We didn't have all the right parts and he went by himself to buy the parts. The cooktop itself was a tiny bit smaller than the existing cutout, and he had to use wooden pieces, trimming it down, and make multiple L shaped pieces to hold the heavy cooktop. What could have been a 3 hour project ended up taking 5 hours, for no fault of his. He was here till 10pm wanting to finish the job and was polite enough to apologize to my wife since she was not able to cook dinner on it, till late. Reasonable pricing and also helped in getting a master electrician to come and help with the electric line for the ignition.

I would definitely recommend Dave to family and friends. And also hire for any future projects.

Dave,

Fixed and ongoing gas leak in the basement that no plumber detected. The problem flagged by Consumer Energy due to I was smelling gas for over a year and no one else smelled it. Consumer Energy came out yesterday and identified the problem in a valve that needed to be replaced. I had a plumber come out and he put putty on it instead of replacing the valve.
I found Dave on thumbtack last night at 1 in the morning. He came to my condo at 9:00 and fixed the problem properly. No more gas leak.

Dave has a calm demeanor and is very professional. I recommend him highly for and gas leaks in your pipes. Don’t call a plumber call Dave!
