Mr. Walton was a pleasure to work with from the first meeting I felt we were in good hands. He did everything in his power to ensure he got quality video footage of every moment of our big day. Him and his team were very professional in dress and demeanor and a joy to chat with as well.

We picked Bill to do the video for our wedding, however, something came up and we had to cancel the video. Bill was very kind and understanding through the whole ordeal. He is also very professional. I wish he could have been there but I still would recommend him because as a videographer he is amazing but as a person he is truly special. If you hire this man you will definitely be glad you did!

I can't say enough wonderful things about Walton Specialty Video. My parents are homebound. Bill and his team were able to live stream my wedding so that my parents could watch it live. Bill took the initiative to check out the wedding venue prior to the day of the wedding. He arrived early to the venue on the day of the wedding to make sure everything was ready to go. He was friendly and yet still professional. I highly recommend Walton Specialty Video.

Although the finished product of my wedding video is still being produced, I must say that Bill Walton was a joy to work with! Both my husband and I were very impressed with his level of service and professionalism! Many guests of the wedding commented on the same. Can't wait to see the end result of his skill and efforts!

We are very pleased with Walton Specialty Video!! Bill Walton is a very kind and pleasant man. His pricing was affordable for us compared to other video companies. We have wonderful memories of our daughter and son-inlaws special day that Bill and his wife were able to capture for us. He put together a wonderful DVD for us of all the high lights of the ceremony and reception. Bill and his wife always had a smile on their face and were very kind and pleasant. When we received the DVD set the bride and grooms came in a beautiful leather keepsake box with their wedding pictures on it and each of the parents received a smaller leather keepsake box. I did not expect all the wonderful extra detail that Bill took time to do. I highly recommend Walton Specialty Video!!! It's not to often you find pleasant, kind and caring people to work with. Thank you Bill!!!

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our pricing includes services beyond the actual production. Once the production is completed, post-production begins. Post-production includes color grading, editing, assembly, syncing, scoring, art design, rendering, publication and packaging. Depending on our workload, Post-production can take from 3 to 6 weeks after a production.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Generally, upon agreeing on the work to be produced and the price to be paid, I draft a contract and present it to the customer for review. Once the language is agreed upon, we meet for a closing at which time a deposit is paid securing the date of service. Depending on the event, we usually require early entry to the venue (one to two hours prior to the start of the event) and about an hour after the event for setup/breakdown. The post production process varies with our bookings and capacity for work. Deliverables are usually published DVD’s in bound cases, which vary according to the package purchased and agreed to in the contract. However, in the case of live streaming, there may or may not be a physical product produced. In any case, we don’t work without a contract.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
As a member of SEMPTE, (Society of Motion Picture and Television Engineers), I attend seminars to stay abreast with the latest technology. I also subscribe to video trade magazines and publications and periodically take online courses to update and refresh my skills. We also attend trade seminars to keep abreast of current trends.
