FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We price based on the scope and what it takes to do the job correctly. Some projects can be quoted from photos, while others need an on-site service call to diagnose. Materials, specialty parts, haul-away/dump fees, and unexpected repairs are discussed before proceeding. If a service call is required, that fee can be applied toward the repair when approved.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
1. We message/call to get the details and photos if possible. 2. We confirm scope, location, access, and timing. 3. We give a clear estimate or schedule a service call if it needs diagnosing. 4. We show up on time, protect the work area, and complete the job. 5. We walk through the results with you, clean up, and make sure you’re satisfied.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
My training is a combination of hands-on experience and years of real jobsite work in repairs, remodeling, and maintenance. I’ve learned through doing the work correctly, safely, and consistently—especially the details that prevent call-backs (proper prep, fastening, sealing, leveling, and finish work).
