- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Water & Fire Restoration is more of an insurance industry standard. We use the same program that adjuster use. This platform provides fair and competitive bidding on the same platform. Contractor and insurance adjuster always negotiate items pertaining to quotes. The end result is a happy cistomer.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We conduct an initial phone call or email correspondence. Confirm an appointment for a walk thru. Provide an estimate. Wait for approval. Start work as soon as allowed. Provide great customer service and quality work. Finish the project with a Thank you.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I continue my education every year in multiple facets of the business be it asbestos abatement supervisor/contractor, asbestos inspector to IICRC continuing education credits. I even elected going back and recieving my Associates Degree in Mechanical and pursuining my Bachelors in Construction Management.
