- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
That we are usually in the middle. Not the most expensive...but not the cheapest either.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We set an appointment, come out and do some measuring and give them a price. If they decide to go with us we usually get half down and schedule the install. Usually 2 to 4 weeks. When we are done we will walk the project with the homeowner to make sure they are happy with the project. Final payment is due when the project is completed.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Been in the building industry my whole life. My father owned the business before I did.
