Too bad that the highest rating you can give is a 5 - these guys rate at least a 10! Communication ahead of the job was excellent. They were supposed to be here between 11 and 12 - they arrived at 11:50. Everyone was clean cut and well spoken and they all worked quickly and efficiently. I can't imagine why anyone would go anywhere else if they had a choice. If I need to have this done again (and I ALWAYS have more junk!), I know who I'll call.

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our pricing is below most but above a few. I know you are thinking, if I go with the cheapest what does it matter it’s only trash... but... are you sure about your safety with the cheapest? The bottom line is business insurance is a very important thing as well as the assurance that your private information (such as papers with your address on it) is not being dumped down a back road. Higher prices is due to many factors such as (fuel, insurance, dump fees, maintenance and transaction fees.)
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We usually do a meet and greet followed with seeing what the customer is looking for in their general scope of work.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Insurance and some of the best equipment for the job
