We opted for 2 shooters and I'm so happy we did. They were both so easy and fun to work with. There were so many special moments that wouldn't have been captured if we didn't. It ended up being really cold that day so last minute there were some changes but we still got the family pictures we wanted and I never felt stressed about the changes. Marcie had alternative plans every time they had to change. My husband and I searched for the perfect place to take sunset photos, then it rained. It was never an issue because instead Marcie set up outside in the dark and we got the most incredible night rain photos!! We couldn't be happier with our decision to have Marcie Kay Photography capture our wedding day!"See more

Kristen was super personable and inviting. She, like many locally-based photographers, has a home studio that was very conveniently located just 10 minutes from my house. Scheduling a session was not a hassle at all. She works around your schedule to find a time that works for you. She charged me $60 for a session that included one completely edited headshot. And if you're in the acting business, you know that you can pay well over $300 for a good headshot. She just keeps shooting until you find an image you like and that's that! I had no doubts in my mind that Kristen knew what she was doing. I would highly recommend her for others looking to get any sort of photography work done!
