Robert was punctual, communicated well and professional. He inspected the system, did some troubleshooting and part swaps before ultimately replacing the antiquated exhausted unit. Both he and his co-worker worked efficiently and tidied up the whole time they were working and before they left. Past experiences with contractors cause immense anxiety, with their hard sell sales tactics and poor work ethic...Robert was great to work with. I would definitely recommend him.
