We had MI remodelers out to replace our front steps and install a concrete patio. Gary and the team were so easy to work with! Were a younger couple and werent exactly sure what we wanted but they gave us lots of options and talked about which ones would be best. We had a couple of quotes done and we liked them the best because they were super punctual, a fair price, and really easy to get a hold of. Every time we contacted them we heard back from someone within a half our. The patio looks wonderful! Its everything we wanted. Also while they were out, they noticed one of our gutters was falling so they quoted us a price to fix that took. The gutter looks amazing! Almost wish we wouldve replaced more (another project for another day). We defiantly plan on having MI remodelers come out to do more projects in the future.

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
While we are a full-service remodeling company that can handle any interior or exterior project, we do have a minimum project price of $1000.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
A design consultant will come out to your home to take some base measurements and come up with a project scope. That scope will then be delivered to our main office where it will be priced out. This part of the process can take up to a week. The design consultant will then present the quote. Homeowners that choose us will receive a 3D mock of their project to confirm all details before we get started. This 3D rendering can also be viewed in VR using an Oculus headset so the homeowner can get a real feel for what their new space will look like. This way all materials and specs are accepted by the homeowner before we get started on the installation and there are no surprises or hiccups along the way.
