Fit Pro Repair did a fantastic job! They were friendly, punctual, knowledgeable and very careful with my equipment and not damaging any walls when moving through a narrow staircase. They disassembled and reassembled my treadmill for me and I believe it feels more sturdy than when the original installers set it up. They also went the extra mile to perform some maintenance on it and explained how I should be maintaining my equipment properly, something the original NordicTrack installers never did. I highly recommended them for exceptional service!

Alex did an amazing job dismantling my old treadmill and installing my new one. He took down the old machine so completely that I was able to fit the pieces into my Honda CR-V. Highly recommend!!!

Alex was thorough from start to finish. From unpacking to installation, it was professional. He was meticulous is putting everything together and also explained everything. What to avoid, care requirements etc. In addition, I had a mis aligned treadmill which I asked him about and he promptly help fix it within 10 minutes. I would definitely recommend him.
