Unfortunately, it took nearly two months for the manufacturer to send the missing pieces. As soon as we called, they answered right away, responded immediately, and were back the very next day. They spent another two hours completing the installation and made sure everything was done perfectly.
Their communication, professionalism, and work ethic were exceptional. Even after two months, they honored their commitment without hesitation and finished the job with the same attention to detail as the first visit.
