I contacted Bill because I thought the roof he had installed in 2006 was leaking from my fireplace area onto my floor. He sent an employee out to silicone around the fireplace area that we thought was leaking and told me not to worry as they would solve the problem. It turned out to be my refrigerator when I finally caught the water coming from that area. Thanks, Bill, for your assistance, patience, and help.
