- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We are more expensive than most of our competitors, but experience is worth the wait in gold, not to mention taking pride in the work we perform. We are your trusted source for all your repairs and maintenance needs. Our focus is quality and attention to detail. We will take the time to make sure it's done right and you're happy.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Look at the project details and scope. The size of the project will determine if we can quote over the phone or need to make a visit to the property. Have the client pick out and make selections of new installation items and styles they would like. prepare our estimate and email it over or meet in person to go over exactly what we propose so the client understands what we will be doing. Once hired, depending on the job size , we might take a deposit up front to cover material that needs to be ordered.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
The owner is a licensed general contractor and has been for over 15 years. Have completed well over five thousand renovations since 2007.
