Shane, from Sure Fix, did an excellent job with our stair railing, TV mounts and some other installs! He was punctual down to the minute, very professional, responsive and did a very thorough job and gave us a good price for all of it! He didn't leave until all finishing touches were completed. And he cleaned up after all the jobs, and didn't leave behind a speck of dust either. All in all - 10/10 - would highly recommend and rehire in a second!

Shane was amazing! Always responded same day. Gave me a great price and quick efficient work. He showed up on time and was very knowledgeable about the task. I was 1000% happy with the art hanging project Shane did for me. I had several large pieces, a mirror, and three curtain rods to hang and everything was done with precision. The reasons I felt very confident in engaging Shane (the owner) are as follows: - Promptly responded to my inquiry with a call and message on Thumbtack - Asked questions about the project, e.g. where art was to be hung, ceiling height, and size of art to ensure he had the right tools - Proactively informed me he did all of his work with a laser (that was an instant sell for me) - Was local to my area, so I felt he would be very accountable for his work. Shane arrived promptly, organized all of his tools and got everything done with the precision I hoped for. He even took time to adjust the hardware on the mirror because it was 1/8 of an inch off which would have affected position of the mirror. He is a seasoned contractor with 25 years of experience, measures twice, very neat, vacuumed the minimal dust from the hanging hardware install, and is very personable. My project was super simple for his skill set, but for those who have more complex projects, I have no doubt the outcome would be great because of the way he works! I would hire Shane again!
