- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
There really is no set standard pricing. That wouldn't be fair if you think about it. Some jobs take more time than others so the price needs to be adjusted accordingly. It is the same as if the job would take less time then the price would also need to be adjusted.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Just like any relationship, communication is the key ingredient to success. So giving them important information about the process from signing a contract to the final walk through lets them stay informed.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We have over 30 years of experience in this industry.
