- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Photo Booth Diva's offers a pricing structure which we do not offer other clients. Our Thumbtack pricing is considerably less than our competition. Our photo booth's are top of the line technology, and our props are always of premium quality. Your event will always have an attendant free of charge.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We ask each new customer for a good contact phone number, email address and date of their event. Afterwards, we put together a proposal customized to their event. A questionnaire is given to make sure their timeline helps coordinate their day better. Our business prides itself on the availability to answer questions and provide great customer service.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
By trade I am a professional wedding photographer and an advanced technology trainer. With that being said, I am always seeking new technology to better assist our guests in today's technology. Social Media is the future, regarding photo booth's. Sending your photo booth strip to your phone via text, and uploading it onto Facebook is the ultimate integration to a photo booth.
