- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our pricing stays the same month-to-month. If you need to cancel a lesson in advance, you won't get charged for it! We have a one-time registration fee the first time you sign up, which just helps cover the costs of all materials and recitals. Our students get to participate in all recitals and studio events, and discounted rates with accompanists and summer camps.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
When we get a new student, we like to set the first lesson to get to know you/your student and what you want to learn! We will then dive into the basics, and begin covering some musical concepts that we think will best get you to your musical goals.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Our instructors are all top musicians and educators from Oakland University, where they are receiving various degrees of Music Performance, BA, or Education. They have gone through many courses of Music Theory, Music History, Education Courses, and more, as well as completed our studio's instructor training.
