- How did you get started doing this type of work?
I was born with short heel cords. My family did not make much money and could not afford to pay for my surgery. The Shriners took us in and payed for my surgery. The surgeon that performed the surgery said,"He may not be able to play or do things like normal children ". I proved him wrong. I played softball for 8 years. I was on the tennis team and ran cross-country in highschool. My mother called me her little monkey because I was always climbing the tree in our backyard. I overcame my obstacles and want to help others overcome theirs.
- What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
You have to be willing to spend a little to get a lot. Change is good! You have to be willing to change to keep up with the times.
- What questions should customers think through before talking to professionals about their project?
That it's "not always about the money. Some people really care about others and their well being".
