- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Good photography isn't cheap, and cheap photography is rarely good. I'm not a hobbyist, I'm a pro. I'm competitively priced for the level of service I perform.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Speak with them to understand their needs, draft a contract outlining the scope, details, responsibilities and expectations, then include a quote.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have a BFA in Photography and over 20 years of experience. I shoot primarily commercial real estate.
