I chose real estate photography as a career because there is nothing else I would rather do. I approach every photo as though it will go into my portfolio. If it is not worthy of my portfolio, it is not worthy of yours. It requires both creativity and problem-solving in equal measure. No two shoots are exactly the same, and that is partly because I am always trying new things, striving to always improve.
Statistics show professional photos of your home or business get people to look at your listing longer. That in turn gets more showings sooner; and of course that equates to faster sales at your asking price.

Have hired Tom to take pictures of our graduating class for a number of years. In addition, Tom produces group pictures for each of the graduating class. I have been extremely satisfied with the professionalism of Tom, his timeliness in coming to the location and in setting up the area he feels best represent a good background that he can work with and modify after to create a very nice group shot that the students are very happy receiving.

Good photography isn't cheap, and cheap photography is rarely good.
I'm not a hobbyist, I'm a pro. I'm competitively priced for the level of service I perform.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Speak with them to understand their needs, draft a contract outlining the scope, details, responsibilities and expectations, then include a quote.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have a BFA in Photography and over 20 years of experience. I shoot primarily commercial real estate.
