Dave came out to the house to perform an estimate on Wednesday, October 9, 2024 to provide an estimate for tile work in the shower area. I found him to be extremely knowledgeable and personable.

dave was right on time, very pleasant to talk with and will provide his itemized quote in a day or so.thanks davewayne bird, washinton twp.job completed as promised, nice work.i had the tile porch installed five years ago by a different company. i didn't realize that some of the gaps were too large and grout could be a issue. when the grout dried those large gaps cracked i called dave and he came out and was able to make the necessary repairs.thanks davewayne bird

I hired Grout Medic to repair and clean a mold issue with my tile. The owner assured me that he could get it clean. As any homeowner would, I was skeptical and thought about cancelling my appointment. I'm so THANKFUL I didn't!!! My grout looks brand new. I still can't believe it!!!!

Contact was made with this company for assistance with ceramic tile in the kitchen. Several tiles had hairline cracks and there were many instances of grout lines cracking and crumbling. Dave made an original assessment of what the problem might be over the phone and then came out for an inspection and final diagnosis. Service was able to be scheduled pretty quickly and consisted of injecting rebonding under loose/cracked tiles, and then regrouting several areas as well. I also had all tiled areas clear coat sealed. The technicians, Devanta and Samad, were very polite, respectful and efficient. The work done was to my satisfaction in accordance with the estimate discussed and provided. They stand behind their work as evidenced by my request for assistance with a touch up on a particular area. I would highly recommend this business.
