Very disapointed in the service provided by John and his staff. We paid for 2 photographers and unfortuantely they were both extremely quiet, unexperience and had a lack of creativity. I (as the bride) had to suggest some ideas. The pictures are nice but for what i paid i wanted creativity, something different and something that would wow me. The second photographer didnt do a whole lot of anything. I feel like we wasted our money on that. Before the wedding we told the photographer we would like some candid shots and for one of the photographers to walk around the room and take picutres of people. Well that didnt happen! We have no pictures of family unless it was a posed shot or on the dance floor. And if you expect to get your album back in the time frame he tells you add 3 months to that! Once we picked the pictures for our album he told us 3-5 weeks well it was 3 months! Also, after waiting all that time he doesnt really seem to care...I asked him to meet me half way so i could pick up the album and he said he was busy and i would have to drive to his house. He has no customer service skills. Overall we were disapointed. I would not recommend John to anyone. He seems preoccupied with other things then a successful photography company.

Jessica - I am very sorry to hear about your disappointment with John Richmond Photography. I work very hard to ensure that my clients are satisfied, which you told me you were very happy with the photographers and your photos when you picked them up. I wish you had been willing to discuss your concerns with me, as this is feedback that is important to me, instead of just posting a bad critique online. I thought I had done some of the above and beyond as you were stating when I met you halfway two other times with your photos and when I prepared your framed work early and quickly to have photos ready for Christmas gifts. In addition, I gave you a free 11x14 print that was not part of your package - due to the delay with the album processing that is done out of house and I have no control over. To me, those are the little things that I try to do for my clients. My goal is to have every client truly happy with their photos and their experience with John Richmond Photography.
