We just completed a major renovation of the entire main floor of my 1950s ranch style home. Mason and his team did an awesome job. This included the removal of load bearing walls, full kitchen remodel, and a complete redesign of our main stairwell to our basement to really open up the house. We are so happy with how everything turned out. This was our first major project we have ever done on our home and Mason was extremely helpful and professional during the entire process. He was also very accommodating schedule wise. This project started as just removing the load bearing walls and then we decided to triple the scope of the project and he was still able to complete the work in a very timely manner. Everything went so well that I am already working with Mason on a new project at another building of mine! Highly recommend MP Quality Homes.

Mason Pant did an excellent job remodeling our basement, which included opening up space by removing two walls, creating a focus wall, adding built in shelves and installing a fire place. He provided great ideas, followed my design and always communicated the process. He was flexible with me in completing the remodel in phases. I would highly recommend!

When a water leak in our home turned into a renovation project, we reached out to Mason for advice/help. Mason was very thorough in his quote on the scope of the project right from the beginning. Whenever we changed something, he was sure to review any cost changes (as well any timeline changes) with us so there were no surprises. He does beautiful work from the tile shower to the custom wine rack added to our existing cabinetry. He made it all look like it belonged there in the first place. He was communicative throughout the entire process, making sure to stop in regularly when subcontractors were in the home to make sure we were happy with the work/progress. If there were any issues/questions, he was attentive and made sure things were taken care of to our satisfaction. Hes very easy to work with. We will definitely reach out to him with our next home improvement project!

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
When it comes to pricing we like to give the consumer several options to choose from. "Design focused" and "MPQH standard". This way you can see a project with all the bells and whistles as well as a basic yet quality option.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We believe in face to face interaction with our customers. This means an initial home visit to talk over the project and see what you're looking for. We also like to deliver our proposal in person so we can make sure no details or questions are missed.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Mason, the owner has a combined 10 years of professional experience in the building trade. He is also a fully licensed builder who regularly attends any builder related trade shows. Levi, our foreman has 5 years of professional experience and is also a licensed builder.
