On oct 23 2025 Friday evening I went on thumbtack to find a plumber or handyman and don Kinsey of pro-tech service company LLC sent me a text. Then I schedule a appointment for Monday morning Oct 27 2025 to get a new tub spout put in because I was losing a lot of water from the shower and the tub spout at the same time.Don Kinsey was godsend for me. Don is a people person who cares about his customers. He did an excellent job for me and fixed some other things for me and my safety. I give don 5 stars.Don is worth every amount of money I spent to get these repairs done. I now can take a hot shower because he did a wonderful job. When I get some money I will be calling don Kinsey again for other repairs that I may need in the future. He is my new handyman. Thank you thumbtack and don.

Finding Don (Pro-Tech Service Company) was a real blessing. Don replaced my garbage disposal and went above and beyond, explaining every detail to me. Which assured me that not only did it need to be replaced, but he also was doing it right. I will definitely call Don again when I need another home repair. He is very trustworthy.
