Great price, and did a great job. Very accessible via text and phone. We only had a couple day window to get the floors done before we moved furniture into our new home. We needed carpet removal (and haul away), sanding, finishing and staining to be done in 3 bedrooms and the living room. Restoration Flooring squeezed us in, got the job done and saved the day! All at a very reasonable price. Will definitely be recommending to other friends

I would recommend Jeff to anyone! Jeff offers a very reasonable price and and does a high quality job. Our floors were in rough shape when we moved into our new home. Jeff was able to recreate them in a matter of days!

Jeff refinished a spare bedroom, hardwood floor that had been covered with carpet for decades. The floor didn't look very good, but the stains and marks were on the surface, so we were able to finish the natural wood without staining. I wish I had taken a before picture. It turned out beautiful. He also buffed and finished an engineered wood floor in our kitchen/dining area. It previously had a glossy finish, which I never liked. It now has a satin finish and looks great! Jeff's pricing was very fair. He was willing to do additional things that I wanted as well; really going above and beyond! Jeff fit our project into his already busy schedule and completed the project in a timely manner. He treated our small project with as much consideration as a larger project. He does great work, and is a genuinely nice person who I enjoyed getting to know. I won't hesitate to call on him again! Thank you Jeff!
On a side note: We used an oil based finish in the bedroom (be prepared for the awful smell and a longer drying/curing time). We went with a Bona water based finish in the kitchen/dining area (much less toxic than the oil and dries in a couple of hours, but quite a bit more expensive). If you are doing a large area with an oil finish, you may want to plan to stay elsewhere for at least a day. You can Google oil vs. water based to determine your preference.

Jeff did an awesome job on our floors! We welcome anyone considering using him to come and take a look. He installed a new floor in our family room and refinished are entire first floor. The new floor and the existing refinished floor are a perfect match. The quality of the refinish makes it looked like a brand new floor. He was always on time and basically completed the project dust and mess free. We already have Jeff booked for another project in the spring to refinish our staircase.
