Milisa did an awesome job cleaning my daughters condo.I wasnt sure who to hire as I live out of town, but I was really impressed with Everwell and Milisa.Everwell secured the booking, sent me a fact sheet and reminders. I could choose the exact cleaning I wanted.Milisa arrived on time, explained what she would be doing and did so much more than I expected. She walked through the place with me at the end of the cleaning so I could make sure everything was returned to the correct place.I dont think the stove and oven have ever looked so clean!Thanks for all of the hard work!

We hired Everwell for monthly routine cleaning, and Karen did an AMAZING job! Our house is absolutely spotless and smells amazing. She was so thorough and really took her time to make sure everything was done perfectly. The communication from the owners has been great as well! We couldnt be happier with the results. We're new residents at The Oaks of Rockford and recently contacted Everwell Cleaning to arrange for someone to clean our home. A live person actually answered the phone and gave me all the info, including what we considered a very reasonable and apprpriate pice for our 3 BR 1600 square feet home.After talking with my husband I called back to set up a cleaning the next week. Again, Cam, the owner and actual live person who answered the phone, continued to answer all my questions. I called a few times before the clean date and he either answered or got right back to me when I left a message. Cam was very personable, knowledgible, articulate and pleasant to deal with.Karen arrived right on schedule with all the equipment and profucts she needed. She is a charming young Mom who is hard-working, careful and thorough. She even loved on my kitties. She did a terrific job, paying attention to the slightest details and left our home in sparkling clean order. This is a small thing, but she even cleaned the loose salt and pepper out of the stand that holds our electric salt and pepper grinders. Plus she was super careful about making sure everything she cleaned was back in it's proper place. It was a joy to have her in our home.I highly recommend Cam, Karen and Everwell Cleaning. We have arranged biweekly cleanings.

I feel 50lbs lighter! Nothing beats the piece-of-mind that walking into a freshly cleanedhouse can bring. My cleaning standards are high but they definitely met them. Cam was super easy to work with and the cleaners were very professional and kind...even our ducks liked them! We will definitely be using their services again in the future.

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We offer a $50 discount if you book in for recurring cleans with us. That could be after an initial deep clean, move in/ out clean, or you could get started on recurring cleans right away and come home to a fresh space on a weekly, biweekly, or monthly basis.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
It all starts with first contact, which can be a call or text and from there we make it very easy to give you a quote without even seeing the home. After that, if everything sounds good we would book you in and all you have to do is relax as our professionals clean your home.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We both have bachelor degrees in business and entrepreneurship and are fully trained in cleaning.
