We offer: Weekly, Bi-weekly and monthly cleaning Focus cleaning (target an area top to bottom) Grocery Shopping and Meal-Prep Booking of contractors/ Project Management Laundry Service Handyman Services Organization of any space Declutter and removal of Donations Gardening/Mulching Move in/out Services Packing/Unpacking Services We are licensed and insured! Our Rates: - $50 per man hour first time services, minimum of 3 hours, 4 hours if you have pets. - $45 per man hour for reoccurring clients. PERKS with My Health Freaks: - $25 towards your next cleaning for referrals (after their first cleaning) - $10 towards your next cleaning, leaving us a review.

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
First services are $50 per man hour Each service after your first will be discounted to $45 per man hour We have a minimum of 3 hours each cleaning, minimum of 4 hours if there are pets in the home. Our pricing includes chemical/toxin free cleaning products and a pro-mist mop to use in your home.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We will send you via email our My Health Freaks Welcome Packet. Once that is filled out, we will make your profile and get you set up on our schedule. We do require first time cleanings are paid upfront 48 hours before service date.
