Introduction: We alleviate stress. Is laundry your biggest stressor? Having a plan for dinner? Keeping your home clean? How about following a diet? Does your home need an in-depth cleaning? My Health Freaks will clean and organize your personal spaces with toxin/chemical free products to create a peaceful environment. We also offer personal meal plan for you, shop and meal prep with all organic, specific to any type of diet helping to reduce stress and promote nutritional success! Reducing stress and inflammation is our priority!! We offer: Weekly, Bi-weekly and monthly cleaning Focus cleaning (target an area top to bottom) Grocery Shopping and Meal-Prep Booking of contractors Laundry Service Handyman Services Organizing any space Declutter and removal of Donations Gardening Move in/out Services and Packing/Unpacking Our services are $50 an hour with a minimum of 3 hours. If you request more than one person it is $50 an hour per person. You may qualify for a discount if you will be a reoccurring client.
