The food was wonderful. The concern and care for our group enjoying the meal and evening was heart warming. Tobi would be our first choice when we come back to Orlando. We asked Tobi to prepare a rather large and lengthy meal for 10 people, in a Disney villa. These places have kitchens, but they are not exactly conducive to the kind of meal prep and cooking Tobi managed. She did it all will calm and a sense of humor - and in a vacation villa, the cooking is really demonstration cooking. She pulled that off too! Great food. Great Care. And a super person. Tobi will hep make your event better.

We met Tobi drori in the Abacos and immediately became interested in her culinary credentials. So we invited four other couples to a dinner with a vegetarian twist to it cooked by Tobi. We told Tobi we wanted her to cook with us standing around and explained her ingredients, technique, etc. Tobi cooked us a 4 course meal, explaining the course each step of the way Everyone loved the evening, the meal and the entire experience. She was entertaining, passionate about her profession and willing to share her culinary secrets. All the courses were delicious. I would travel fare to experience another one of Tobi's gastronomic delights

I ordered some jam from Cheffette TD. She shipped it to me in Vermont and I had it within a couple of days. The presentation of the jam really impressed me and the taste of it was even better! I will order from Chefette TD again! I wish I lived closer so I could sample some of the other meals that can't be shipped.

I ordered Jam and Chocolate Hazelnut spread. The items were delivered quickly and arrived in excellent condition. The jam was my favorite. I gave one set as a gift and kept one set for myself.

We had Tobi create several dinners at our house in Palm beach last winter and can't say enough great things about her. The first one was a big dinner party for 16 which she made a fabulous seafood Cioppino. Everyone raved and it enabled us to really enjoy the night. Everything was so fresh and delicious. We also had her come to do a dinner for about 12 ladies for a reunion weekend. Not only did she impress us again with another delicious meal but also helped us 'judge' a version of 'Chopped' that we did earlier in the evening before dinner. She is super easy and pleasant to work with and very professional. I will definitely hire her again. ~ Jen Robinson

  • How did you get started doing this type of work?

    My mother was my inspiration for getting into Personal Chef services. She always had a way of making everyone come together at the dinner party even though we may have all been fighting earlier on.

  • What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

    If a potential client is look to hire a provider such as myself I would suggest that they make sure they are comfortable working one on one with someone in my trade. In my opinion the relationship between the personal chef and the client is just as important as the quality of the food produced.
