Exceptional experience with Ken and Grand Renovations. I posted a request on Saturday evening for roof repair and had quote from Ken within the hour. Confirmed the work order with him on Sunday and by 2pm on Monday the repair was completed. Great to deal with, very fair price, quality work. Highly recommended.

It was a small job involving replacement of a few shingles blown off by high winds. The response was immediate and by 10:30am the next day the job was done. And the price was very reasonable. Many contractors understandably will not take on small jobs, but Grand Renovations can do it all.

Repaired loose shingles on the front of our house. We had a few loose shingles fall off our house. Ken came out to take a look and repaired the next day. Great service and cost for repair. Their willingness and quickness to take on a small project like this was greatly appreciated!

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We meet with the potential client to review the specifications for the job. We then provide a detailed quote and answer any questions the homeowner may have.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
My dad started Grand Renovations in 1991. He had a long history of working with wood and tools with his father for many years. i joined my dad in the business in 1992 and worked with him until he passed away in 2012. Since then I have grown the business to include all types of interior/exterior repairs and remodeling.
What types of customers have you worked with?
We have worked with many types of clients including homeowners, landlords, real estate agents. mortgage companies, architects, and as subcontractors for large general contractors.
