- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I'am always learning something new. You never know where you might pick up that next tip that could save you time or make that recipe so much better.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
My family owned a bar/ restaurant so I have been in the industry ever sense I can remember. I even went in to military and got my culinary training. That was my first job in the Army before going Airbone then Special Ops.
- What types of customers have you worked with?
We usually cater, bartend, and run security for smaller events. 50 or less people. Yet we can handle any size of party. Our staff and myself love a good challenge. Yet there other clients who only need one of ours services like security for a day, or hiring a bartender for that pool party.
