- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Phone consultation, email communication and great customer service by the catering team. A tasting at the restaurant can be scheduled with a meeting with the owner and Pitmaster.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Between the owner, Executive Chef Brian Knoblock and Pitmaster there is almost 50 years of combined experience in catering, restaurants, hotels and the hospitality field. Pitmaster Bubba Coddington was voted 2013 National BBQ Person of the Year.
- What types of customers have you worked with?
Office parties, weddings, golf outings, family reunions, graduation parties. We have catered events from 20-450 people. WE also have a large bbq catering trailer that is available.
