FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Pricing/fees may vary. It can be hourly or a flat rate depending on the project.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I like to communicate with the customer beforehand and get a grasp on the items they need assembled (and hopefully obtain the exact model name/number). This gives me the opportunity to provide a more accurate time estimate and quote for the customer. I also like to answer any questions the customer may have regarding my history or any questions they may have regarding the hiring process.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
Tools have been a part of my life since changing bike tires as a kid. I then became interested in fixing cars while in high school. I’ve always been the person to assemble the furniture for my family. I’m great at following instructions and always enjoyed putting things together.
