FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We don’t use a flat price per square foot. Every project is different, so we do an onsite measurement, factor in materials, labor, and site conditions, then price it accordingly. That way you’re getting a true price for your specific job. We’re a veteran-owned company and offer discounts for military, first responders, and nurses. Our payment schedule is simple: a deposit to secure your spot, progress payment when work begins, and the balance upon completion.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We start with an onsite visit to measure the project and go over your goals, layout, and any drainage considerations. From there, we put together a detailed estimate based on your specific job—not a one-size-fits-all price. Once approved, we schedule the work and handle everything from prep and grading to forming, pouring, and finishing. We keep you updated throughout the process and make sure everything is done clean and properly before wrapping up.
- What questions should customers think through before talking to professionals about their project?
Think about the size, layout, and look you want (standard vs decorative), along with your budget and timeline. You should also ask what’s included in each quote—like base prep, thickness, reinforcement, control joints, and whether a sealer or curing compound is applied. It’s important to understand how the project will be graded for drainage and what the prep process looks like. Asking these questions helps you compare contractors properly and avoid surprises later.
