I have a strong passion for helping people feel better, physically and mentally, and achieving the results they have always strived for. Kristina is a fantastic personal fitness trainer!
I have been working with Kristina over the past four months and she continues to create unique, progressive and challenging circuits that keeps me focused, motivated and looking forward to each session.
Not only is she extremely knowledgeable in equipment, nutrition, body composition and much more, but takes the time to explain and demonstrate how each exercise is beneficial to your individual goals.
Going above and beyond the "gym", Kristina makes herself available for any questions or concerns I may have both day or night and has made herself very flexible to accommodate my working hours.
I highly recommend Kristina for all of your physical fitness needs!

Kristina is an awesome trainer! I highly recommend her. She listens to what your goals are and how she can help you achieve them. I feel very comfortable in the gym it's immaculate. She will give you a hard workout but it's all customized to your ability. She's very professional and kind. 10 out of 10 would recommend!!!

Kristina always brings energy and enthusiasm to your workout sessions. I appreciate her being very creative with her workouts, she gives you a variety of workouts that challenges you to work hard and stay safe from injuries while working towards the goals that were set when I initially met with her during my consultation meeting.

Kristina, is AMAZING! She is working with my elderly father and is patient, engaging and is very knowledgeable in how to work best with him. Her workouts include upper and lower body strengthening, balance and stretching.
