This was my third attempt on having a company build our website. The other two companies just wanted to add extras that was going to keep running up the tab. After a long exhausting hunt for reputable firm, I found Digital Designs. I was quite reluctant to even start to go through the whole ordeal, and explaining everything AGAIN, but Dewayne was very patient and understanding. It was much easier then the previous times, and Digital Designs took the charge. From beginning to end I was satisfied. After the finished product was completed, I was waiting for the other shoe to drop with additional expanses, but they never surfaced, and was told " I gave you the proposal, and that's it"! So I recommend this firm to everyone

Digital designs looks promising. I wanted them to design me a personal training website. Take it was at the Low 3000s. They first put only half my information in. They said my before and after photos weren't high enough quality and wouldn't put them in. They didn't put my clothing line photos in. It took weeks to get back. By this stage it was design stage. Where they said its up to me now to put in my information.I said wait a min. You changed my logo and a couple colors and put half the info. They kept telling me that they would assist me if needed. I said it was YOUR job to put my info in. So after arguing with them I started to put the info in myself. After a year. I had chadfitness redirected to the website. ( DIDNT CHANGE HOST). They deleted a years worth of work I did on my own. It went to some foreign language.I called them. First they said oh not sure what happened. Then it was check this out. Chinese hackers! Yes because I am some reason to hack. Luckily I recorded conversations and took photos throughout.They then said oh you changed host so you we deleted it. First why wouldn't you ask if I did and second I just changed the redirect to the same page. Not change hosting. Oh well sorry we will get you the original content we put in. ( half ). Still 7 months later. 8 calls no return calls or emails. It's still in another language.Plus they breached contract by taking all my money up front.. It's half up front , and half at the end.I would not recommend this. Oh by the way they said my website wasn't that expensive so there not used to working such low cost websites. They told me 40,000 dollar websites. What a waste of time and effort. This is 100% accurate and I backed it up by collecting all emails timelines, phone conversations recorded and photos of website progress throughout.

I just want to make sure we respond to this. There are two sides to every coin. The client didn’t give us the information we needed therefore the project suffered. We understand that all projects require a relationship with the client. Relationships are very important to us. We can only go 50% at most in a relationship no matter how hard we try.

I heard about Digital Designs through a friend who referred them. I must say I absolutely loved the experience of working with them. I was looking for a quality website, yet simple to use and I must say they delivered. Dewayne created not only an awesome website, but the business cards and marketing materials I needed to be successful in my play set business.
