- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Yes. I do as much continuing education as I can to keep my skill sets current. I read to keep abreast of new developments in the industry, and attend seminars and webinars sponsored by ASIS for professional development. I also attend training courses to learn new skills and maintain proficiency with firearms and defensive tactics.
- What types of customers have you worked with?
Hostile Employee Terminations: We are often called in when a client needs to terminate and employee they think may be a problem. We perform a risk assessment and provide armed professionals before, during, and after the termination. Our agents oversee the entire process and escort the terminated employee off company property. In some cases, we also provide protective surveillance of the former employee afterward to ensure that they do not cause an incident of workplace violence.
