Paul was amazing! Messaged him on here and got a message back in two minutes. He came out to our house the day after contacting him, replaced our shut off to our toilet and our toilet all in an hour! He was helpful, answered other questions we had and was professional. So thankful we found Paul!!

I submitted my request on Thumbtack on Feb 19 around 3pm. Paul replied back at 3:42pm. He provided the cost and we discussed dates/times. He arrived ahead of schedule, but contacted me to obtain approval to arrive early. He wore shoe covers and started his work. He completed the work and left a clean workspace. The other cool thing is he carried the old toilet out to the curb. I plan to replace two more toilets and I plan to use Paul.

Paul did a great job for us installing a laundry sink, sump pump and a pipe for the washer. He was able to come out next day to quote and complete the job. Im sure we will call him again next time we need plumbing work done!

I had contacted Paul(Tuesday) about installing a power vented water heater and they had an incredible response time. Paul was able to advise they had an opening for the assessment on Thursday morning of which they would be able to, if I agreed, to install the hot water tank same day. Based on Paul's knowledge and experience, they were able to assess the space(in the basement), discuss options with me, go purchase the hot water tank, install it, and remove my other all within..... 3.5 hours? His experience shows and he was extremely polite, punctual, and professional. I would hire Paul again, absolutely.
