I had contacted Paul(Tuesday) about installing a power vented water heater and they had an incredible response time. Paul was able to advise they had an opening for the assessment on Thursday morning of which they would be able to, if I agreed, to install the hot water tank same day. Based on Paul's knowledge and experience, they were able to assess the space(in the basement), discuss options with me, go purchase the hot water tank, install it, and remove my other all within..... 3.5 hours? His experience shows and he was extremely polite, punctual, and professional. I would hire Paul again, absolutely.
