Very professional. Was not able to repair my computer since the hard drive crashed. He did take it with him to try recovering my data. Waiting for new computer to arrive so he can set it up. My daughter and I would definitely recommend him.

My laptop was almost dead and james ewing from thumbtack fixed /replaced the hard disk ,reinstalled os and and brought it back alive for a flat price which was lot economical when compared with any store price . thanks james and thumbtack
