I found Titan to be honest. They also did some water heater work. The first company did not blink twice when I asked for a quote to replace. Titan recommended a service instead of upselling me, as it turns out my water heater is top of the line and has another 5-10 years in it, even though it is at least 15 years old.

HIGHLY recommended! David came out after 5pm, didn’t charge me an insane service fee like most others, fixed my issue with my floor drain /main line AND my water heater.
