- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Floors are priced per square foot with custom on site assessment. Most floors are treated the same, start at a low grit and bring it up to 120 grit and use professional grade stains, sealers and finishes. Sometimes an extra cut is needed or it’s a site-finish that starts at raw wood which needs less sanding. Hardwood floors are custom and so are the bids. Talk with us and we’ll see if we can figure out the cost of your project!
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Once a potential customer contacts Restore X LLC, either myself or my wife will get ahold of you on the phone. If your floor is a good fit for our service we will schedule a time to come look at the floor and put together an estimate for your project. Depending on the type of finish, project times vary but most jobs can be sanded and finished in about a week for smaller jobs and 2 weeks for larger jobs.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Bona certified and 5 years with Mattson Floor Inc as well as 2 years of install experience with HammerTyme and Howland Floor Coverings!
