Be upfront with HIGH hourly rates for deep cleaning service. QUOTED $175. for general cleaning of a 5 bd. 3bth. Liv/din. Family room, screened porch. Didn’t want to see property to give estimate. Explained she has years of experience to judge cost! Completed lower level, but didn’t touch main floor! Won’t use again. 🙄
