FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our prices include a service call fee that covers our initial inspection and trap set up as well as regular repeated trips out after to check on the traps, remove any critters caught, and reset traps as needed for the length of the service agreement. Our service call fee varies depending on the county you are located in due to travel. Mice may require baiting and / or a trapping program and the price will be determined after the initial inspection Bats can only be removed by doing a bat exclusion. An estimate will be provided after the initial inspection. If the exclusion is approved, the service call fee does go towards the exclusion. Bees / Wasps treatments begin at $149 for Kent County and $199 for surrounding counties Mole trapping programs vary by size and location. We offer trapping programs on a per visit cost allowing the customer to decide how often they prefer us to come out to check traps. A written estimate will be given for any repairs that we recommend to help prevent critter re-entry. Any repairs performed, unless marked as temporary, will be guaranteed for one year.
