- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
A general inspection, that does not require multiple visits (live trapping) starts at $89 Live trapping requires multiple visits and means there is different pricing. Live trapping has a service call fee of $375. This covers the initial visit with inspection and trap set up. It also covers daily monitoring, with the help of trail cameras (when applicable), and the necessary repeat visits for up to 10 days. There is also an animal removal fee of $50 per animal that is trapped and removed. Wasps/Hornet treatments begin at $159
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
As every job in this field isn't the same, we do like to meet with the customer on the initial inspection, if possible, to explain what is found and what procedure is to be followed at that time.
