I wasn't able to make it across the state from metro-Detroit to Grand Rapids to install a window A/C for my daughter before an impending heat wave. Blake was responsive, with great communication, almost immediately after I submitted the request. He scheduled the work quickly, arrived on time, and my daughter was extremely comfortable with him right away. Price was reasonable and work was top shelf.
