She was a very nice person. She did her best to fix our refrigerator. I recommend her to everyone I know. I would use her again. I liked that she is local and a woman.

Kari was very helpful in getting my dishwasher to start again. It was a balancing issue and there were a couple other details that she researched to identify the problem. She was committed to the repair despite the first couple attempts that didn’t work. I was impressed with her confidence and general knowledge. She has a great work ethic and attitude. 100% recommend!
