- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I prefer to tailor each pricing package for every different customer's needs, to ensure that a customer gets EXACTLY what they pay for, and always feel that they are getting a great deal.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I like to email the customers, and set up a phone interview where we can get a better idea of their needs, and even schedule a person to person meeting when necessary, to ensure that all areas of their needs are covered.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Several years of training online and in person with other professionals, as well as training seminars and online classes.
