He set our appointment time for 8 am. At 7:30 he texted for our address which I gave and he confirmed. I heard nothing and no one came so at 9:30 I reached out to him and asked if he still planned on being here today, he did reply back and said new appointment time would be 10 am the person coming had to stop for equipment, this job required no materials it was moving dirt only. Just after 10 AM, no one was here still so I reached back out to him to go ahead and cancel the appointment all the way around. He messaged me back claiming someone had gotten into an accident. He never communicated with me until I reached out to him. I wasted my entire morning, waiting for this guy to never show up and to continually make excuses. Buyer beware. Poor punctuality. Poor communication.
