FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I charge a $100 premium as a minimum requirement to agree to a project, beyond a two hour time frame in which i charge $45.00 per hour. Estimates available for larger projects. Estimates only are charged $50 minimum depending on project size. Helps me to get serious customers only. I don't have enough time to give services away for free, and I charge $30 per hour if I'm shopping at home depot for you and the materials needed for your project. To avoid this service charge you are welcome to shopping and purchasing the necessary materials yourself.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Free half hour phone consultation. If the project is serious, we arrange a timeliness to get started as well as upfront costs, estimates of time, unforseen, and I usually email my customers to at least have something tangible, to remain transparent so there are no suprises.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have been in the field for over 26 years. Read my profile.
